Men’s: New Zealand, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Fiji, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Samoa, Spain,
South Africa and the USA.Women’s: New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Fiji, France, Great Britain,
Ireland, Japan, Spain, South Africa and the USA.
This HK7s, we’ll also be spotlighting the best of Asian 7s with the epic Melrose Shield competition. Take to
your feet as the Hong Kong China men’s team face Japan and China, while the women’s team battle it out
against Thailand and China -

the final team pools will not be populated until after the completion of the Los Angeles SVNS event in early
March. -
What entertainment is on offer?
As well as world-class rugby, we are thrilled to be hosting The Wailers, Journey’s Arnel Pineda, Celine Tam,
DJ James Haskell and Lolly Talk over event weekend. There’s also lots happening around the stadium –
face painting, activations, games, mascots, and ambassadors! -
How can I have a VIP experience?
You can upgrade your ticket to an exclusive Captain’s Corner Pass. Rub shoulders with rugby legends and
enjoy free-flow F+B on the executive level overlooking the iconic South Stand. -

How do I buy a ticket?
You can purchase Hong Kong Sevens tickets here. We have adult and child 3-day passes on offer, as well
as special options to upgrade your viewing experience. -
Can I sit anywhere I want?
General Admission tickets are free seating in the North and South lower stands, and the Upper Tier of the
East and West stands. Please note the South Stand is 18+, while the upper East and West stands are
alcohol-free zones. We recommend arriving early to get your preferred seat! -
What is the ticket limit per person?
Tickets are limited to x6 per person. If you would like to bulk purchase a larger amount of tickets, contact hkcrticketing@hkrugby.com

Can I buy a ticket at the stadium or from other outlets?
No, tickets are only available for purchase from the official Hong Kong Sevens website or from our Overseas Travel Agents Cathay, Klook, Trip.com, Keith Prowse Travel and Events Travel.
You can also buy tickets as part of Hong Kong Hotel Packages through Ovolo Southside, Island Shangri-La, Marco Polo Hotel, Ocean Park Marriott Hotel, The Royal Garden, Holiday Inn Golden Mile, The Harbourview, and InterContinental Grand Standford.

Are there children’s tickets?
Yes there are children’s tickets, available for those under 12, but a limited number and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket.

Can I purchase a single day ticket?
No, as in previous years, Hong Kong Sevens tickets are only available for purchase as a 3-day pass. However, it’s super easy to transfer our digital tickets to family or friends if you can’t make a certain day.

I have purchased my tickets through another platform other than HKCR Ticketing, are my tickets valid?
We wish to advise all fans that tickets sold through unauthorised platforms will not be accepted.

When can I print or collect my ticket?
All tickets will be digital via purchase on HKCR Ticketing Website. Buyers must follow the instructions and access their tickets via the HKCR Ticketing App.

I bought tickets for friends and family – how do they get in?
The ticketing app makes it easy to send tickets to your friends and family in advance with the transfer function – using the transferee’s mobile phone number. We highly recommend transferring each attendee their own ticket in advance, allowing everyone to enter on their own,

I have my child’s ticket and my ticket on my smartphone, can we enter the stadium together?
Yes! More than one digital ticket can be downloaded to one smartphone. You will simply swipe left and right to view both of your tickets as you enter the stadium together

When will the QR code display on the digital ticket?
The QR code is dynamic and will only display on the digital ticket on the morning of the event day. This is to prevent fraud and counterfeiting

Can I print out the QR code or physical tickets?
No. With QR code digital tickets, all tickets are fully digital and only accessible on the smartphone.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
No. To reduce fraud and counterfeiting, screenshots of digital tickets or QR code will not be valid for entry. A digital ticket must be provided within the ticketing app to gain entry.

How can I ensure my ticket(s) will scan at the door?
Before entering the venue, please have your tickets ready on the smartphone screen and be sure the
brightness of your smartphone display is turned up! -
What if I need help with my digital ticket on the event day? Or I have a battery issue with my smartphone?
You can stop by the Hong Kong Stadium Box Office on event day and we will assist you.

What can I bring into Hong Kong Stadium?

Will I need to show any form of identification when entering the HK Stadium?
No. We will not be checking attendee’s identification when entering the HK stadium. A friendly reminder though, every HK resident who is aged 15 or above is required to carry proof of identity.

Can I exit and re-enter the HK Stadium on event day?
Yes. Please scan out your digital ticket at the main gates, and you can scan in using the same ticket to re-gain entry into the HK Stadium. Please note once a digital ticket has been scanned in, the ticket is not transferrable to another guest, i.e., one digital ticket = one guest

I can’t make it to the tournament. How can I watch the games?
