Will I be able to leave and re-enter the stadium grounds on the day?
No re-admittance is permitted. Everything you need for the day is within the stadium grounds, we've got food, drink, fantastic entertainment and, most of all, heart stopping rugby action.

All ticket purchasers must be over 18.

All tickets are available online. Limited tickets may be available to purchase in person on the day of the event, subject to availability.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Babes in arms are not permitted, and it's not advised under 5 years old attend the event.

All tickets are sold exclusively at full price. Concessionary pricing is available to spectators with accessible requirements, subject to availability.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
You should have already received your tickets to your email address, if not, to retrieve them, simply sign in to your Ticketmaster account and navigate to your My Ticket page. From here, you can view and download and/or print your tickets for admission. We recommend downloading the PDF ticket to your phone in order to have it scanned at the venue. Printed tickets will also be accepted.

We recommend downloading the PDF ticket to your phone in order to have it scanned at the venue, but printed tickets will also be accepted at the venue. Only the original digital ticket will grant access – do not take a ‘screenshot’ or a digital ‘pdf’ of your ticket. There might be limited connectivity at the stadium, so view and download your tickets before you arrive.

The Party Stand is located in the North Stand.

You are free to move within the Stadium perimeter throughout the day so you're free to enjoy everything that the concourse has to offer.
No re-admittance is in effect if you leave the stadium grounds.

Where do I enter the stadium?
Guests are to make their way to the Personal Check Stations (PCS) where a soft ticket check and bag check will take place. Guests are then to make their way to GATE 18 - Next Level Experiences gate. Once in the stadium, Sun Room Lounge ticket holders are asked to proceed to Level 4, and Corporate Suite ticket holders to Level 5.

What time do the lounges open?
Hospitality areas open at 10:30am on Friday 3rd, 11:00am on Saturday 4th and 11:30 on Sunday 5th. All areas will close 60 minutes after the final match of the day.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code for all VIP Areas is smart casual.

CAN I TAKE MY WRISTBAND OFF ONCE I'M IN THE STADIUM?
Wristbands will be given to each guest on entry and must be kept on throughout the day.

Do children need a ticket?
Children under 5 (Babes in arms) don't require a ticket, ages 5-18 require a child ticket. 18+ requires an adult ticket.

Is there a minimum age for children?
No, however Under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, Babes in arms (0-5 years) are permitted and do not require a ticket.

IS THERE A FAMILY ZONE IN THE STADIUM AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED?
HSBC SVNS brings the party across the whole stadium. We don't have a specific family zone but recommend purchasing a General Admission ticket so you have the flexibility to move around the Stadium.

Where does my ticket allow me access?
A valid ticket provides entry to the event. Each ticket provides a Tier and Block to sit in if a General Pass is purchased, or a reserved seat detailing Tier, Block, Row and Seat if a Reserved Pass is purchased.
